• Company Profile: Meraki Tours N Travels & Visa Consultant is a  Partnership firm that is registered under the government. Where we provide you Work Permits, Tourist Visa and Student visas. There are some service charges applicable which is refundable {Refund Policy}; The legal name of this company is Meraki Tours N Travels.Its a Partnership based firm in Mumbai.
• Certifications: We are having our company's PAN and are registered under GST, and Udyam. We will shortly get our CIN number.
• Service: Meraki provides you with Tourist Visa, Work Permits & student Visa we also offer documentation & processing for immigration & visas. All processing is undertaken at a back office in India and you hereby agree to this arrangement. The fee for full service is refundable only as per the conditions listed {Refund Policy}. 
• Data Protection Principal: We will comply with data protection law. This says that the personal information we hold about you must be: 1. Used lawfully, fairly and in a transparent way. 2. Collected only for valid purposes that we have clearly explained to you and not used in any way that is incompatible with those purposes. 3. Relevant to the purposes we have told you about and limited only to those purposes. 4. Accurate and kept up to date. 5. Kept securely.
• How will we use Information's about you?: We will only use your personal information when the law allows us to. Most commonly, we will use your personal information in the following circumstances: 1. Where we need to perform the agreement we have entered into with you. 2. Where we need to comply with a legal obligation. 3. Where it is necessary for our legitimate interests (or those of a third party) and your interests and fundamental rights do not override those interests. 4. Where you have given us explicit consent to do so. We may also use your personal information in the following situations, which are likely to be rare: 1. Where we need to protect your interests (or someone else’s interests). 2. Where it is needed in the public interest or for official purposes or requested for by the CBI, police or governmental authorities. As a registered member, you will receive important updates and notifications over WhatsApp! 
• Payment Details: Yes, we do have some service Charges and so you are requested to pay that amount. Before we proceed your work we need the Advance amount so that your work will go smoothly, and we also assign you with a personal case worker, who will guide you through out the process we also ensures that you are satisfied and happy. But we usually dont chrge advance.  

• Service Charges: Yes, we do have some service charges and so you are requested to pay that amount. Different country-different charges 
• Advance Payment:  We charge this so that your work will go smoothly, and we can proceed with your work further. But it only applies in some countries or we usually dont charge advance.
• Refund: Your advance amount is refunded {we deduct the gst} if we are unable to proceed with your work (example: If you had applied for Work Permit and we are unable to provide you with the job even after 6months we will refund your advance amount). 
• Cancelation: If you wish to withdraw your case in between, we will surely refund your advance amount {will deduct the gst} but, this will take some weeks you just have to follow some steps like first you have to mail us the reason {you can write this, mail to your personal case worker} and within that week we will revert you when you will have your amount back, and so like this your amount will be refunded easily.
• The company is not responsible for any delay caused by third-party services such as Courier Services etc. based on external factors like these. Also, clients cannot claim a refund of service charges.

• NOTE

In case of rejection by the Immigration and Visa Authorities, Meraki will refund the applicable amount as stated in the agreement. The refund will be made within 30 working days after the client submits the Refund Claim Form to Meraki within 5 days after getting the rejection. The client has to enclose a copy of the letter of rejection from the Authority to support the Refund Claim. If a client fails to enclose a copy of the rejection letter or rejection stamp on the client’s passport, Meraki will not refund the applicable refund amount. The client also has to enclose the refund request form, a copy of his/her receipt for

payment made to Meraki, Failure to enclose these documents will make the client ineligible for the refund.

All information given to Meraki by its prospective clients is kept strictly confidential and on a need-to-know basis and is protected. We will not use your e-mail address for any other purpose, and will not disclose it, without your consent. Your information is never used for marketing or solicitation and is never sold or given to anyone for these purposes.
